Individuals/Private Owners Registration

If you are a landlord/rental agent with available rentals, please fill out the following registration form. You will receive email confirmation from University of North Carolina Charlotte Off-Campus Housing Website once your property lister account is approved, which will allow you to submit listings on the site.

Properties must be part of the Niner Choice program in order to be listed on the site.

**Please note: Any sublet listing submitted must be for a Niner Choice approved property in order to be posted on the off-campus housing website and the appropriate property name must be filled out in the Property Name/Headline field below (e.g. Millennium One Apartments). Listings of properties not in the Niner's Choice program will be denied. Check out the current Niner Choice properties, here .
