University Village at Charlotte

The room available in a 4-bed4-bath townhouse at University Village. I need someone to take over the lease ASAP. The rent is $699 with a one-time payment of $20; all utilities are covered in the rent, and it is fully furnished. While there isn't much... reserved parking, spots are pretty universally agreed to be used by one's unit. There are three other people who are going to be living in the townhouse, but you have your own private bathroom. Outside of the townhouse, this lease grants access to a fully stocked gym, pool, and study rooms at no extra cost.

If you want to have a pet you need to pay an initial $400 and $35 additional fee for every months rent.
