University Townhomes at Charlotte

University Town Homes at Charlotte is a community made up of UNC Charlotte students with a gate, pool, shuttle to campus, a maintenance teams that responds quickly and daily. This unit is 375 sq ft, a single bedroom on the first floor (the only... bedroom on the first floor with three on the second floor where the washer and dryer is located) that has a private bathroom connected to it. All doors have locks with one key for the door that all residence have and a separate key for your specific room. There are currently three male roommates in the upstairs rooms ages 19-21, each are respectful and kind. Move in would be February 2nd 2026.
