Hey! I am looking for someone (female only) to take over my lease in a 4x4 apartment at Millennium One for the spring semester. I love living here, but I will be studying abroad in January, so I need this off my hands as soon as possible. The current... rate is $815/month, and I WILL PAY FIRST MONTH'S RENT. The unit is fully furnished, and each bedroom has a private bathroom. Amenities include in-unit laundry, a community pool, a sand volleyball court, private study rooms, free printers, fire pits, and 24-hour access to the fitness center. Millennium One is a gated community less than a mile from a grocery store and UNCC’s campus, which is super convenient.
In this arrangement, you'll take over the unit by signing a new lease directly with the landlord. Interested applicants will need to apply and get approved (quick process) through the leasing office before moving in. Rent payments will go directly to the landlord, not to me.
