Hey everyone! I’m looking for someone to relet my lease to at Junction 49, which is a student housing complex less than 5 minutes away from UNCC. The reason being is I’ve found another place to stay with my friends and need someone to pick up my... lease for the upcoming school year. I’m willing to negotiate paying first month’s rent or even second month’s rent in order to get it off the market faster.

The apartment is a 4x4, meaning there will be three other students who all have their own rooms and bathrooms, and since I don’t have an official unit yet, you can still make your preference on who you want to stay with. Management is easy to work with, and I haven’t moved in yet, so the lease transfer is an easy process!
